**Where Frankfurt ships things with AI.**

A community for product folks, operators, designers, engineers, and founders in Frankfurt who want to actually build with AI — not just read about it.

### The shift
Something has quietly shifted in the last 18 months. The person shipping the most interesting internal tool at your company probably isn't on the engineering team. The side project your friend built over a weekend actually works, and people are using it. The startup that just raised has four people, not forty.

Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit, v0 — the ceiling on what one person can build has gone up 10x, and most people haven't caught up yet.

We're building the Frankfurt community for the people who want to figure it out.

### What we do
- **Build Days** (monthly) — Arrive with an idea, leave with something that works.
- **Hackathons** (quarterly) — Teams form on the spot. Ship something real over a weekend.
- **Evening Sessions** (monthly) — Someone walks through how they shipped a real product, then we build.
- **WhatsApp Group** — Members-only. Share what you're building, ask for help, find collaborators.

### In practice
- A citizen-facing AI chatbot, live in German municipalities — built by a small team in weeks.
- Solo side-projects from idea to working interface in under a week, using Cursor, Claude, and Paraflow.

### Who this is for
For: builders, PMs, operators, founders, designers, engineers, marketers — technical and non-technical welcome.
Not for: abstract "learn about AI" seekers, agencies selling services, recruiters, slide-deck audiences.

### Kickoff
The first kickoff is May 2026 in Frankfurt. Capacity capped; early sign-ups prioritized.

### Hosts
- **Felix Schiessl** — Co-founder of FEAZY, AI platform live in German municipalities and Mittelstand. Building AI products since 2021, including one of the earliest large-scale GPT-4 rollouts in German higher education. Based in Frankfurt, Germany.
- **DJ Gangan** — Built a company to €300K in 18 months. Worked with 10+ enterprises (€1B+) and startups on Product & Growth. Based in Frankfurt, Germany.
- **Eyad Kelleh** — Software developer, ethical hacker, Cursor Ambassador, co-founder of KI Hub Kassel. Organizer of Cursor Coffee and Claude Code meetups. Based in Hessen, Germany.

### Die Verschiebung
In den letzten 18 Monaten hat sich etwas Leises verschoben. Claude, Lovable, Cursor, Replit, v0 – die Grenze dessen, was eine einzelne Person bauen kann, ist um das Zehnfache nach oben gegangen.

Wir bauen die Frankfurter Community für die Leute, die es verstehen wollen.

### Was wir machen
- **Build Days** (monatlich) — Komm mit einer Idee, geh mit etwas, das funktioniert.
- **Hackathons** (vierteljährlich) — Teams bilden sich vor Ort. Am Wochenende etwas Echtes auf die Straße bringen.
- **Abendsessions** (monatlich) — Jemand zeigt, wie ein echtes Produkt entstanden ist – danach wird gebaut.
- **WhatsApp-Gruppe** — Nur für Mitglieder.

Der erste Kickoff findet im **Mai 2026 in Frankfurt am Main** statt. Kostenlos. Plätze begrenzt.
